1. Due to our size, cancellations affect us significantly; therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.
2. The entire balance is required when reserving a cabin.
3. Cancellation must be provided in writing or via email and received 21 days prior to the arrival date.
4. If the cancellation notice is received more than 21 days in advance of the arrival date, a refund will be issued for the reservation deposit, less the first night’s rate and all applicable taxes.
5. if the cancellation notice is received less than 21 days prior to the arrival date, then the guest will forfeit their deposit in full, including all applicable taxes.
6. The Boarding House Assocation reserves the right to cancel this agreement if any unforeseen circumstances arise or the property becomes temporarily uninhabitable but agrees to fully refund any monies paid in advance by the guest.
7. If a pet is discovered in a property without prior approval, there will be a minimum of $500 per night. Any damage caused by a pet will result in a minimum $500 fee for cleaning or repairs.
