About Us –  Who Are We?

The Balsam Mountain Boarding House Association is an independent organization within the Balsam Mountain Preserve community. We are 10 cabins and a common “Boarding house” that sit on a 4 acre parcel in the heart of Balsam Mountain Preserve. We have 40 fractional owners that can schedule up to 3 weeks per quarter. We have our own governing board and financial budget. The board is currently:
